We work with DHL for the delivery of our packages and normal delivery time is 1-3 working days after the item is sent from our warehouse.

After the order has left the warehouse, a confirmation email is sent with a tracking link so you can follow your package.

We reserve the right to charge the cost of handling unclaimed packages (return shipping, shipping costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of SEK 295 if a package is not collected. The shipment is with the service agent for about 14 days before it is returned to us. Therefore, please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the item, you first need to pick up the package and then return it according to the attached instructions.

If you discover visible damage to the package, it is easier for us if you report it directly to the agent / driver, you can also contact our customer service for help. Hidden transport damage must be reported to our customer service as soon as possible for further handling of the damage.

Returns and exchanges

The return label and return instructions are included in your package. If you regret the purchase, you are responsible for the return shipping which will be deducted from your refund. You have the right to change the color, size, product or get your money back within 14 days of the purchase being picked up at your service agent, by you or an agent appointed by you.
