Delivery method / Delivery time / Deliveries

We work with DHL for the delivery of our packages.

Normal delivery time is 1-3 working days after the item is shipped from our warehouse. After the order has left the warehouse, a confirmation email is sent with a tracking link so you can follow your package.

Deviations may occur. Swedteam cannot be held responsible for delivering sold-out or expired products. We handle a received and approved order within one working day. If a product is sold out, you will be informed by e-mail and given the opportunity to cancel the purchase.

If your delivery is delayed, you will be contacted by us and informed about what has happened and about a new delivery date. However, you as a customer have the right to cancel the purchase in case of extensive delivery delays.

Free shipping for orders over 1000 SEK. Shipping cost of 79 SEK including VAT is added to orders under 1000 SEK. The shipping cost is always visible in the shopping cart.

Transport damage

If you discover visible damage to the package, it is easier for us if you report it directly to the agent / driver, you can also contact our customer service for help. Hidden transport damage must be reported to our customer service as soon as possible for further handling of the damage.

Uncollected parcels

We reserve the right to charge the cost of handling unclaimed packages (return shipping, shipping costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of SEK 295 if a package is not collected. The shipment is with the service agent for about 14 days before it is returned to us. Therefore, please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the item, you first need to pick up the package and then return it according to the attached instructions.
