Swedteam was founded in Länghem, Västra Götaland, in 1919. More than 100 years later, we are still here in the same place—with the same close connection to hunting, nature, and the people who use our products. This is where experience and innovation come together. Knowledge built up over generations is combined with new materials, technical solutions, and ideas for the hunting apparel of the future.

Swedteam is essentially a family business where knowledge of hunting and product development has been passed down from generation to generation. Today, the company is owned by Robin Segerqvist, who took over from his father, Ulf, after having been a part of Swedteam for many years himself. Our shared interest in hunting has always been an important part of the company and continues to shape how we work and develop our products.

Since June 2025, Henrik Claesson has been the CEO of Swedteam. For him, too, hunting is a natural part of life. With a deep interest in nature and hunting, as well as experience with many different types of hunting, he is helping to move Swedteam forward with the same focus on functionality, quality, and development.

Developed in collaboration with hunters

To create hunting apparel that performs when it really counts, we work closely with the people who use it. We test, evaluate, and develop our products together with experienced hunters who have high standards for their gear. Different types of hunting, weather conditions, and terrain place varying demands on the garments, which is why practical testing is an integral part of our product development. Our development team consists of both female and male hunters with extensive experience in various types of hunting.

A large part of our development also comes from those who use our products out in the woods. What features are missing? How can a garment be quieter, more flexible, or better suited to a specific type of hunting? What materials and details make a real difference during a long day?

Through feedback from hunters, we can continue to improve our products and develop solutions that serve a practical purpose.

From Länghem to hunting grounds throughout Europe

Today, Swedteam is used by hunters throughout much of Europe. At the same time, our headquarters remain in Länghem. This is where our product development, purchasing, marketing, warehousing, and logistics operations are based—and here we continue to build on the expertise we’ve developed since 1919. Our goal remains the same as it has always been: to develop reliable equipment for people who share our passion for hunting.
