Return policy

The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days from receipt of delivery. Return slip is in your package. Return shipping is paid by Swedteam AB.

The product must be returned unchanged and in its original packaging.
The product must be unused and in such a condition that it can be resold without further action.
Each package contains instructions on how to return goods.

When returning, please follow these steps:

  • Fill in the return form included with your delivery.
  • Put the goods, in their original packaging, in the package.
  • Put the return form in the package.
  • Feel free to reuse the original packaging. Or use other suitable packaging
  • Seal your package properly.
  • Attach the return label on top.
  • Hand in the parcel to an agent.
  • Report your return to Klarna.

We reserve the right to charge the customer if something is missing. Returns sent back contrary to return instructions will not be processed. Returns sent against cash on delivery will not be redeemed.

Refunds are made via Klarna.

Change to another size?

If you want to exchange your product for another size, return the item(s) and then place a new order for the correct size.

Complaints

We only handle complaints that have been purchased via www.swedteam.com. To make a complaint about a product purchased from one of our retailers, the complaint must be handled by the respective place of purchase indicated on your receipt. If the place of purchase where you bought your product has closed down, you are welcome to contact us.

We offer a right of complaint of 3 years from the date of purchase noted on your receipt in accordance with applicable legislation. A receipt should therefore be presented in order for a complaint to be processed. The right of complaint applies to products that are defective according to current consumer legislation. The right of complaint does not cover, among other things, defects or damage arising from improper use or normal wear and tear. Nor does the right of complaint apply to external influences that differ from the product's marketed purpose.

The product you buy from us must be faultless on delivery.

We are responsible for all costs if we are responsible for the fault. If you as a consumer are responsible for the fault, you are responsible for the costs yourself. If you believe that you have received a product that is defective, you must inform us immediately.

Range changes & product information

We reserve the right for any inaccuracies such as factual errors, errors in prices, offers, product descriptions or other information about the goods on www.swedteam.com. All image information on www.swedteam.com should be seen exclusively as illustrations and it cannot be guaranteed that these accurately reflect the exact appearance of the product in terms of, for example, color, fit or functions. 

Force Majeure

Events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, industrial action on the labor market, decisions by authorities, non-deliveries from subcontractors, costly circumstances or similar events which could not reasonably be foreseen, shall be attributed to force majeure. This means that Swedteam is relieved from fulfilling its obligations to fulfill contracts entered into. If a situation as referred to above arises, Swedteam shall inform you as the Customer as soon as possible and as soon as obstacles to contractual performance no longer exist.

Invalidity

Should any provision of these terms and conditions be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall be valid and enforceable to the extent permitted by applicable law, provided that the effect of the invalidity is not unduly burdensome.

Dispute

Swedteam's ambition is to resolve any disputes with you in a way that benefits both you as a Customer and Swedteam. If a dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, it will be tried in the general court of law or according to an alternative dispute procedure as described below. If disputes cannot be resolved in agreement with Swedteam, the Customer can always turn to the General Complaints Board (ARN), see www.arn.se.

Terms of purchase

§ 1 General
Swedteam AB, Boråsvägen 23, 514 44 Länghem (Org. No 556150-3268) sells clothes
and accessories via swedteam.se in accordance with the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act
(Act 2005:59).

 § 2 Prices
All prices are quoted in Swedish Krona (SEK), Euro (EUR) and include VAT.
We reserve the right for any price changes, typing errors, final sales and
stock errors. Prices for products already shipped are not affected by subsequent
promotions, discounts or price changes.

Promotions at Swedteam AB are limited in time. Discount codes
are generally valid for one purchase and cannot be combined with other offers.
Please check that the price is correct before finalizing the purchase. Swedteam AB reserves
the right to cancel orders in the event of misuse, misinformation or other
problems related to payment or use of discount codes.

 § 3 Payment
Payment is handled via Shopify Pay which offers various payment methods in
cooperation with Klarna AB. Payment options include:

By using Shopify Pay, you agree to its
Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to
use the service.

 § 4 Identification and risk assessment
To ensure secure payment and prevent unauthorized use,
identification is required. This means that Klarna and Shopify Pay can collect information
such as name, address and credit information if necessary. Each time you use the
service, an automatic risk assessment and customization is performed.

 § 5 Payment fees
Shopify Pay shows the available payment options. Depending on the chosen method,
fees may apply, which are stated in the respective payment terms. For
payment by invoice, Klarna's terms and conditions apply, including a reminder fee and
interest for late payment.

 § 6 Personal data
The personal data you provide to Swedteam AB is handled in accordance with the GDPR and
is used to fulfill our commitments to you. We will also
send you information about our products and offers by e-mail if you have consented
to it.

We do not share your data with third parties and you have the right
to access the information we hold about you.

 § 7 Shipping fee
Shipping with DHL Service Point costs SEK 79, except for order values over SEK 1000
- then the goods are sent free of charge. For returns, use the attached return slip. Also
in the event of any complaints, Swedteam AB is also responsible for the shipping both to and
from the customer.

 § 8 Delivery
Deliveries are made via DHL to the nearest delivery point. Normally,
the delivery time is 1-3 working days after the package has left our warehouse. At
high season, longer packing times may occur. Notification is made via SMS or
email.

 § 9 Warranty
Swedteam AB provides a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers
manufacturing and material defects, but not damage caused by the user or
changes to the product's function. In the event of a complaint, we reserve the right
to make deductions for wear and tear on products older than one year.

 § 10 Right of withdrawal, complaints and returns
Complaints for products purchased via retailers are handled by the respective
retailer.

Swedteam AB offers 14 days open purchase in the webshop.
Returns must be made in original packaging with labels left on, and the product must
be unused and in saleable condition. Return shipping is paid by Swedteam AB. In the case of
complaints, Swedteam AB is responsible for the shipping upon acceptance of the error.

 § 11 Uncollected packages
For packages that are not collected, a fee of SEK 300 is charged for return shipping and
handling.

 § 12 Refund
Refunds are handled via Shopify Pay (card payment) or Klarna, and
the amount is refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.

 § 13 Force majeure
Swedteam AB is not responsible for delays or non-deliveries due to
circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters or
changes in legislation.
