Multilayering

Keeping you warm and dry in any weather is always the goal of our clothing. But for your clothes to work best, you also need to use them correctly. To help you, we have divided our products into three different layers with different functions. This way, we want to help you find the right clothes for your needs.

Layer 1 - inner layer

It is the layer closest to the body. Its main function is to transport moisture away from the skin. It also has the function of providing warmth during cooler seasons.

Layer 2 - mid layer

Layer 2, or the middle layer as it is also known, has the primary function of insulating and warming. At the same time, it also transports moisture. The thickness of the garments in layer 2 varies depending on the temperature and weather. It is by putting on and taking off this layer that the body temperature is best regulated. A good middle layer could be a thicker wool sweater or a fleece, for example.

Layer 3 - the outer layer

Layer 3 is the outer layer; a shell layer that protects against snow, wind and rain. By using a garment with a NEONORDIC® or COVERTEX® membrane that has good breathability but also protects against cold winds and moisture, you can be sure to stay dry whether you're actively hunting or sitting on a pass.
